Jerry Ascencio is a 30-year veteran of real estate and broker/owner of San Fernando Realty/Mission Real Estate in Los Angeles County. Mr. Ascencio was the 2012 national president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and is currently the chairman of the NAHREP foundation aka Hispanic Wealth Project.
