Her dynamic approach to relationship building and project development is enhanced by her multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, and French, allowing her to connect meaningfully with diverse communities.

Before joining Christie's International Real Estate SoCal as a luxury real estate agent, Paola worked with mission-driven organizations, focusing on human rights, access to justice, social justice, and environmental protection across the U.S. and Europe. Her expertise in developing communication strategies and managing impactful projects has consistently advanced initiatives that create lasting social change while leading initiatives for the United Nations University, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, and Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, amongst various other organizations.

Born to Peruvian and Colombian parents and raised across the USA, Asia, and Europe, Paola brings a global perspective to her work. Having made Los Angeles her home, where she lives with her husband and daughter, she is passionate about creating positive change in her new community.
